R.I.P. (again)

...Well, my two contests in the Mini-DDs are pretty much DOA, what with them only having one entry each after about halfway in. And so that makes twice this year that my self esteem has been crushed by my own creation here at DA. =(

And in local news (which I rarely ever write about), this is the big story around here during these last couple of days...[link]

That was an incredibly shocking event, to say the least...I mean, I had only eaten there just a couple of times when I was kid, but I still remember the place...Heck, it's only a 15-minute walk from where I live at the moment. I could still see the pillar of smoke coming from it out of my window that night...Quite a loss indeed...=(

And finally, the Red Ring of Death hit my Xbox 360. Again. A couple of weeks ago, actually. Unfortunately, this isn't like last time where just unplugging & plugging it back in cures everything, I actually need to send this one off for repairs this time around. And once again, it happens when Rock Band DLC I desire hits, such as Social Distortion, Prong, Ministry, Luscious Jackson...>_<

Damn, has it been a gloomy week here...

I didn't even mention the embaressing dream I had two nights ago, if only because it was really emberassing (& didn't fit in with the R.I.P. theme).

Ah, I wish something neat was set to happen...But unless it's a really epic movie trailer or something (what with me going to the cinema every weekend), I doubt it.

I've had my share of embarrassing dreams, so I won't press you about it :P

I recall you saying you go to the cinema a lot, that's pretty awesome. I love going to the movies myself but I have no money, or anything really close by, and plus being so busy... You ever do "movie marathons", where you see two-three movies by sneaking into the next theater?

As for something neat, you can always try to set something yourself.

Only one entry each you say? I'd like to remind you that almost everyone waits till the last minute for contests, I don't think you should be so hastily discouraged. Especially with one of the contests being to draw something, you gotta give people time. and remind them constantly :D When I did a contest about a year back, I got 3 entries, all within the last 2 days. (and very few people watch me!)

Man the RROD sucks. Also I hear they don't send you boxes for mailing them anymore, that you have to come up with your own box and shipping materials now.

And, hopefully, there will be a few last minute contest entries. :)
