R.I.P. (again)

...Well, my two contests in the Mini-DDs are pretty much DOA, what with them only having one entry each after about halfway in. And so that makes twice this year that my self esteem has been crushed by my own creation here at DA. =(

And in local news (which I rarely ever write about), this is the big story around here during these last couple of days...[link]

That was an incredibly shocking event, to say the least...I mean, I had only eaten there just a couple of times when I was kid, but I still remember the place...Heck, it's only a 15-minute walk from where I live at the moment. I could still see the pillar of smoke coming from it out of my window that night...Quite a loss indeed...=(

And finally, the Red Ring of Death hit my Xbox 360. Again. A couple of weeks ago, actually. Unfortunately, this isn't like last time where just unplugging & plugging it back in cures everything, I actually need to send this one off for repairs this time around. And once again, it happens when Rock Band DLC I desire hits, such as Social Distortion, Prong, Ministry, Luscious Jackson...>_<

Damn, has it been a gloomy week here...

Yeah, I actually had to use an old box I got from EB Games, newspaper, & bubble wrap. And I sadly got the box a bit wet walking home, so now in addition to worrying if I got any info wrong, there's the condition of it all now. =(

Yeah, being a procrastinator myself, I really should've just expected that. ^^;

But what can I say, when I first saw a contest that at minimum, required you to write one sentence, I kind of lost a little hope. =P

Nah, I never did those marathons. Amazingly, I just always had money. =P

As for something neat...Maybe delving back into cheap adventure games (the Myst/Monkey Island types) & trying to beat them in a weekend may be a little something...^_^

yes, it verily has. *snuffles* my home comp can't load dA worth crap no mores and it bugs me.... and my moods been very very bleh, so i've been bouncing between wanting to hang out with people online and thinking i should avoid bothering people altogether.

Well, since I made this journal, things have slightly picked up...Though registering for university this year has gotten damn annoying.

Also, my procrastination has annoyed me a lot...Particularly when it comes to makies replies, as you can see. ^^;
